Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely obsessed with your P. Louise products, but if something isn't right, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or tested cannot be accepted for a refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a return.

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Pack & Ship

  Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
